Do you have an order minimum?
Yes, we require a minimum order of $500.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Yes, our delivery fees range $0 to $250 depending on distance. Please note additional fees may apply for stairs/elevators.
How often do you clean your equipment?
All of our equipment (bounce house, ball pits, and softplay) is cleaned after each use.
Is Dreams 2 Reality Design insured?
Yes, we are licensed and insured.
What surfaces do you set up the play equipment on?
Play equipment requires a flat surface like grass, artificial turf, cement, asphalt and concrete. The equipment can also be set up indoors if space allows. We cannot set up on rocks or sand. The bounce house also requires 110 VAC outlet. For outdoor events where electrical hookup is not available, we can supply a portable generator for an additional fee.
Am I responsible for any damage to the equipment?
Yes. If damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the rental item.
How do I reserve a rental item?
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve any items. No item is reserved until the deposit has been paid. We accept ACH, Zelle, Venmo, cash, and all major credit cards. A 3% Fee will be added to all payments with credit card.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure your desired rental item is available.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount to all returning clients. We do not offer any additional discounts.
